1.) Applications due January 9th at 4:00 p.m. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED! We have extended this until Friday due to the late return from Christmas break. They are available online or at the high school in the Main office and Performing Arts Department office. You can submit the application online by printing the form and completing it and then attaching it to an email. It must have a signature at the bottom agreeing to the terms of the performance. The application must have all information completed and accurate.
2). Each group or Act MUST submit separate applications.
3). All Acts MUST audition either live or by video in the costume or attire they are planning to wear. Auditions are required for all people with 1 exception. PHHS teachers may perform without an audition. They must however, have an application on file by deadline listing all info regarding act. If they are performing with a student, then they must audition. No exceptions.
4.) Bands must present a VHS or DVD of the act they wish to perform. All members of the band to be on stage must be present in the video. Clothes, song choice and members cannot change for performance from video. Have a title for the band as well as the song choice at the time the application video is submitted, as these cannot change. If the band deviates from the original application, they will be disqualified and removed from the show. Also provide the lyrics at the time of the application.
5.) Auditions will be on January 18th and time slots assigned. All Acts should be "family friendly" and school appropriate. If you know ahead of time that you cannot make the night of the auditions, you may provide a video of yourself performing your song, with same guidelines as the band performers.
6.) Dress Rehearsal is January 25th at 6:00 p.m. and is required. – no exceptions, NO SHOW-NO PERFORM
7.) Tickets are $7 for everyone, since this is a fund raising event. Tickets will go on sale in January and will be available online. NO REFUNDS – NO EXCHANGES and seats are Reserved. Performers wanting to watch the show, MUST also have a purchased ticket. No one will be allowed in the auditorium to watch without a ticket for even one act. Obviously, this is a fundraiser, so we ask your cooperation and understanding in this area.
8.) The Performance is January 26th at 7:00pm .
9). Performers donate their time and talents to this fundraising effort as no stipends are paid.
10). The Auditorium and Event Management reserves the right to pull any act who does not comply with the guidelines established above or who changes their song, costume, etc after auditions.
